After nearly 60 years of tax and spend, no-bid union contracts, absolutely corrupt government/union commingling, the decay of every aspect of the 50th state is coming home to roost.

At least one major water main breaks every month.

Paybacks to unions keep the roads in constant disrepair (all islands).

Been here off and on for 20 years and the disintegration is visible yearly.
