And because I was exercising First Amendment rights to petition the government for redress of grievances the Coast Guard pulled my off a government-contracted U.S. merchant vessel anchored off the coast of Lithuania to subject me to a two hour criminal investigation interview. (I am suing the Coast Guard for damages for this act of intimidation in the amount of $10 million.) $5 million worth of pain & suffering per hour. Not bad.

NO!!!
In face of your sarcasm. . . add this!
I was taken off the ship at the request of the Coast Guard an placed in the local hotel on the eve of the vessel's departure for a 10-day exercise with the U.S. Navy. I waited for 2 days for the civilian special agents to show up for that 2 hour interview. The ship's next port was Tallinn, Estonia. Stuck in a hotel for 12 days in Lithuania was NOT enjoyable.
Let's see what sarcasm you can dream up for that rather that discuss the legal case itself.
