I saw this guy earlier and I have to admit he sure doesn't look or sound like someone that would do this. The FBI had damn well better be sure of what they are letting be leaked OR they had better stop the leaks. This isn’t some poor security guard like Richard Jewell this is a guy that can really make some waves.

The FBI is once again spending more time playing media public relations games than it is investigating crimes. It is time to consider reforming the FBI, maybe into a new agency.

Bioweapons expert Steven J. Hatfill said yesterday that his life has been ruined by what he and his attorney called the sloppy and unprofessional nature of the FBI's anthrax investigation and the irresponsible reporting by the media.

Dr. Steven J. Hatfill, a bioweapons expert under scrutiny for the anthrax attacks, looks on after defending himself during a news conference outside his attorney's office Sunday, Aug. 11, 2002, in Alexandria, Va. Law enforcement officials have said Hatfill is one of about 30 scientists being looked at in the anthrax investigation.

FBI Said Not Ready to Clear Hatfill . Like all bureaucracies, the FBI is extremely unwilling to admit error.
