I hate to say this but I feel the good folks of Biloxi have gone too far. They let the issue enter the realm of discussion. And one thing I've learned from the racists at the NAALCP and SPLC after South Carolina is that you can never do that. The only hope is that the folks in Mississippi also voted on their flag and it didn't change. Maybe they still have a chance

It's a shame I can't trust the motivations of the black activists and their white bros in arms. Honestly, if it weren't under the threat of boycotts and confrontation, I believe as well that the Stars and Bars is indeed more accurate for that partucular display.

However from reflecting on South Carolina's experiences with the race hustlers and do-gooders, it's crystal clear that whatever they state is their objective is actually a lie. They wish to exert political power over most whites and purge the South of any Confederate vestiges whatsover. That is their ultimate goal. Meanwhile they can use that "struggle" to further their Democrat Plantation aims and their own coffers. It also a nice diversion from black crime and illegitimacy which are beyond epidemic in Mississippi.

One big fly in the ointment is that of the blacks who took time to vote on this last time around, 40% voted for the Battle Flag to stay on our state flag. That fact alone must keep Queasy and Jesse and Morris Dees awake at night. I love it.

"As an elected official, I am supposed to vote the will of the majority," said Brian Freeman, D'Iberville city councilman. "In my district, the vote is overwhelming in support of the flying of that flag. Until that sentiment changes, I believe the Board of Supervisors is doing what the majority has instructed them to do."

What, a politician actually representing the people instead of their of self-interests? Congratulations!

A majority of elected officials representing Harrison County won't take a stand on whether the Confederate battle flag should keep flying at the Eight Flags display.

Afraid to make a decision?
