VINCE FOSTER PHOTOS BATTLE LANDS ON TED OLSEN'S DESK
Allan J. Favish Homepage ^ | 8/21/02 | Samizdat

Posted on 08/21/2002 9:54:52 AM PDT by Samizdat

This week, attorney Allan Favish, who has waged a long battle to find the truth about the circumstances surrounding the suspicious death of former Clinton White House Counsel, Vincent W. Foster, was notified that the Office of Independent Counsel, formerly headed by Ken Starr, would ask United States Solicitor General, Ted Olson, to decide whether to ask the Supreme Court to stop release of Foster death scene photos that have been ordered released by a lower court. Ted Olson is husband our own Barbara Olson (freeper BKO) who died on 9/11.

Oddly, Foster's sister and remarried widow have joined the OIC in attempting to block Favish's attempt to learn the truth about the death. They have notified Favish that they will seek a 90 day stay of the case being returned to the trial court so that the Solicitor General can decide on a Supreme Court appeal.

This last ditch effort by the OIC, et al, is as a result of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals having denied them a rehearing of the case.

At issue is the question of whether Foster had neck wound instead of the official version that it was a mouth to back of head wound. It is reported that a photo exists that depicts the neck wound. The OIC has feverishly tried to keep that photo under wraps.

In Barbara's last book, she seemed to back off using the word suicide when referring to Vince Foster's death. Perhaps Ted will look into the matter to find the truth.

As you say, it seems that at the least the body was moved after death. Can you think of a plausible reason why someone would have moved the body from the scene of a suicide?

There are many who are still afraid of the Clintons, both Democrats and Republicans. It's those 900 raw FBI files. You never know when a file will be pulled, and a Senator is asked to resign so a Clinton can fill that vacancy. Right, Sen. Moynihan?

"Hey Badray, there was a nice snowfall on the ground during our tour."

And if you recall, there was a not so subtle, but nonetheless unsuccessful attempt at clearing us from the park before we wanted to leave.

I believe autopsy photos should be private matters between families and authorities ONLY, period.

If we never had a Clinton, I would agree with you. But we did have a Clinton, and he was even re-elected after Foster's strange death was exposed. This is the pathway to Rome. This paves the way for openly assassinating political problems. It must be dealt with. Or this nation's freedom is doomed. We must, at least, document this in the history books. For goodness sakes, there is talk of Clinton getting a TV show. There is talk of his wife being president. And you think the balance of powers will remain in place if both those predictions are made true?

Privacy must take a back seat to Freedom. Note that the judge agreed that there was reason for questioning the official investigation. It took special permission as it was. Even if there were no special permission, it is our duty to bust open coverups. And there was a coverup with Foster's death.

i stopped at marcy one day during the spring of last year.
had the place completely to myself - no cars/people whatsoever.

'twas a very odd feeling in the air, even that long after the fact ...

I think they pulled a Kennedy and paid off Foster's widow.

Did't the widow Foster find something very unusual in her attic?

She doesn't want to get suicided herself.

TED OLSON....The Cintons being President helped to KILL your wife.....are you just going to bend over??? Barbara would not have caved.

I don't believe he'll do anything about this at all except brush it aside. No offense to Ted either, it's just that I don't believe he wants another 'major interruption' to happen in his life.On the other hand, because his wife died because of #42's lack of action---you'd think he'd want do something.I wholly doubt it though. This can of worms is 'Too Large',even for him.God bless Barbara Olsen again.

Its possible that Fosters widow was paid off, but we are talking about the clintons, & I don't think that was their style. Also I think Foster was a pretty honorable man & his wife would be the same. If I remember clinton & Foster were neighbors when they were 5 years old & then clinton move to Hot Springs. I think they crossed paths again after they were grown. Correct me if I am wrong.

God Bless BKO! Let's first get this off the table: The linkage of her efforts to expose the Clintons for what they were/are and her death on 9/11 is nonsense. What is not nonsense is the scale of the coverup of this grisly episode in our history.

Luther Gerald Parks, security officer for Bubba Rex's first run at the throne, supposedly received a call from Vince Foster on July 19th, 1993, indicating that Vince was turning Parks' detective work on BR over to Hillary. VF turns up dead the next day in Ft. Marcy Park. Luther is murdered Sept. 23, 1993.

Maggie Williams, Hillary's operative, cleans out Foster's office and later flees to France.

Vincenzo Fosterini (thus affectionately called by Hillary) was not about to roll over like Web Hubbell. His concluding conversations with Marsha Scott are, I agree, tied to his demise.

Lisa Foster, her sister Sheila Anthony, Maggie Williams, Mrs. Luther Parks, Ms. Scott and others, in my opinion, basically circled the wagons and either shut up or lied on a massive scale out of fear to preclude the (further) involvement of the Arky Mafia in their lives. These are folks I would pay a lot of money to hear come clean. They would risk paying with their lives.

I heard Schippers make the comment in a radio interview relative to praying upon learning about Hillary. He used the word 'evil' to describe the Clintons and went so far as to say that it was a profound evil (I am not quoting him exactly here).

Miquel R. tried to tell the truth to Starr, but was rebuffed and ultimately fled to the West Coast.

We the people should have the information to decide for ourselves. This is a horrific and unconscionable coverup perpetuated by the present administration. Ted Olson will not pursue this. "The Decision" has been made.

The people are never to be entrusted with any of this material. It is much more than just Bill Kennedy's notes from the FBI files typed into his laptop. The gray eminences in the power centers fear this material would unwind any trust by the people in the 'system.'

Favish and his efforts are to be supported/applauded. But apart from the anomaly in the body politic represented by informed Freepers, nobody will hear or thus care about it.

The issue far transcends Lisa Foster's new life with her new husband, the Judge, and any desire to 'avoid emotional pain.' Phooey. They all know roughly just how nasty this is and want to avoid trouble at all costs.

What is quite curious is the apparent degree of the corrupting and cowing of the FBI,the Judiciary, the Legislative and Executive branches. Having paid reasonably close attention over the years, I do recall comments reported from DC at times about the FEAR in certain quarters among decent legislators, et al. I would be very interested in the opinions of informed Freepers in this respect.

Blessings on Freepers Everywhere.

Just because you don't agree with the official report is 1)no reason to let people see the pictures, or 2) assume they are lying.

Photos, plain and simple: whether they be crime scene or autopsy. And they do want them ALL, just like with Dale Earnhardt.
