I have X (.1.5) running on my Sawtooth 450 at home.

Seems to work well with most older apps. It opens 'classic,' which is, it seems 'Virtual Mac' on steroids. I think you take a bit of a speed hit, when running Classic programs, but could not swear to it.

The biggest hitch (for me) with X has been driver support from people like UMAX, whom I am beginning to regard as the Anti Christ of the scanner world.

In other words, the apps work, but I still have to boot to 9 to use my poor ol' scanner (it's old enough that there is going to be no driver support for X; UMAX wants me to buy a new scanner, I think this one still has some years left...)

All in all, the OSX environment is quite nice, if a bit sluggish in it's current form. But, by all indications, the Jaguar OS update takes care of these problems.

Time to start saving, I may actually want this...
