The big difference between Clinton and Bush is that Clinton was a win or lose player. If he couldn't force a win, he'd blow up the game. Clinton never won a thing. He was a spectacular failure in every respect except that phony dotcom Nasdaq market. Bush is a win-win guy. He doesn't need to be the cock of the walk, he just wants to move toward his goals.
