President Bush isn't talking to these UN bozos..he doesn't care what they say or what they think. He is making his case to the American people, reinforcing what the polls already show, that after a decade of Bill Clinton style appeasement, it's time to rid the world of Saddam Hussein's government.
This is a strong determined speech...My husband said before President Bush even opened his mouth. "Look at his face, he's going to give em hell". And that's what he's doing.
