Market not reacting much to the speech. WABC NY reporting big natural gas line (24") leak in Manhattan. Amtrak lines out of city through tunnels siad to be shut down for some hours to come because of leaks.

Brenda Butler, on FNC, just stated that the selling could be a result of Greenspan's statements this morning (investor's not hearing what they wanted from Greenspan...because he basically said nothing).
