Ramzi Binalshibh, left, and Khalid Shaikh Mohammad
One of the al Qaeda members on the tape was said to be Ramzi Binalshibh, a Yemeni national who belonged to the al Qaeda cell in Hamburg, Germany, that played a major role in planning the attacks. Lead hijacker Mohamed Atta was a member of that same cell.

It was just on the BBC also. They had a good point, that he had just taunted us on TV, saying they could come and get him. Ha ha, time to talk sucker. This is probably the second biggest capture since the war started, after Abu Zabaydah.
