The chief executive officer of Meow Mix says there are 85 million cats in the US and 22% of owners say they watch TV they know their pets enjoy.

Richard Thompson added: "There will be squirrels, bouncing balls, birds and all the things cats love to watch."

The series is scheduled to be ready to air in the autumn.

Isn't that cute? For some reason, my dogs have never paid any attention to the tv, but my mother had a dog who loved to watch Benji movies. He actually would sit there and tremble when the bad guy was chasing Benji, like he was really understanding what he was seeing. LOL
