The administration sent it best expert out to explain it to us. Remember Tommy Thompson telling us that it was an isolate case, and this guy was an outdoorsman and had been drinking from a stream? That is not your strong suit, (How long the Administration has known the real answer)
What's ticking me off right now is the stupidity of the official copier explanation. Thompson's poor performance can be explained by someone saying, go out there and calm them down they are scared to death and afraid to buy papers. (I loved cinfla's fax scare) In my case, I immediately canceled my email subscription to one of their online publications because it could have gotten into their computers, if it got into their copiers.
Thompson was pathetic and I am a supporter of the Administration where I can be. This announcement is worse yet, after all this time and they can't even make a cogent argument.

Sorry RangerAirborne, that Fax scare was yours and very funny.
Cinfla had the spore on the copier glass and the obvious replication problem.

The intern wasn't Middle Eastern. He was the son of an American woman (Jewish, I think) and a Spanish man with a Spanish Basque last name. These names are a little odd and sometimes hard to place, and people often think they are Middle Eastern because they can't figure them out.

"that's the last time we purchase that cheap toner refill kit from abdul's phototoner outlet sheryl" The article says that none of the copiers were removed in the 5000 items. Tell me that they did remove all the toner cartridges and the supply of replacements in stock as well as all the filters.
Did they explain why every copier was contaminated even though some probably were not refilled with paper.

we HAD to wait til the troops were in place... and we had enough vaccine and cipro to go around...
I am pretty sure there will be a counter attack when we "go for it"... clinton left us wide open to these bastards for eight years... NO way s0damned could pass up that kind of temptation... No way the wahhibists could either.
NOW we are paying the piper... but in the end.. we are going to make sure THEY dance to OUR music... jdams for dinner.

Very light.
If it was spread all around - why didn't everyone get seriously ill? Oh, the ones who read the letter - which doesn't fit the FBI "profile."

Thanks for the ping Okie.
Anyone know who first opened the letter/package? Was it the copy/mail room guy(s), who wanted laughs and then spread the J.Lo (or other) letter to friends?

There exists a September 18 cancellation. When it comes to single piece rate First Class Mail addressed to anyone other than a credit card company or a utility, there is absolutely no guarantee that it was entered on the date of cancellation.
None of the facilities in New Jersey indicate any contamination of a letter mail collection box.
A single mailing of all the items at Boca Raton, FL on or near September 8 makes sense in terms of normal postal operations (and longstanding problems).
