It's not likely, it's highly probable, but we can't let that effect our decision to take him out. We are at war, some of us may die, that's just the way it is, each and every one of us are almost as likely to die in this war as our soldiers on the scene.

If we wait until these radical nations attain nuclear weapons then the entire USofA will go down in tar and brimstone eventually, that also is highly probable, especially given the idiocy at our borders. So we fight.

The scenario may be true. However, the scenario 3 years down the road would be much worse. It is time to step on this cockroach now. He has the capability to kill some of us now. He will have the capability to kill many more of us in the future.

It is very important for all the Iraqi military to know if chem or bio weapons are use against this nation that all population centers in Iraq of any consequence will be attacked with thermonuclear weapons. Saddam may be a mad man but his military men do have families that they do not wish to die. The absolute terror of destruction of self and family on his military can be the key to the over throw of Saddam by his own people. It is a very sad fact of war that the civilian population are a key player in the support and conduct of the war. In WW II they were made legitimate targets by Britain and the United States. The terror and destruction of the infrastructure brought Germany and Japan to their knees and in the end saved millions of allied lives. As grim as it is that is the way of war. When your enemy knows you are willing to remove any vestige of giving quarter in your fight, he will fear you and not attack you. The recent attacks against our country are the result of an enemy that did not understand the ability and will of our country to send death and destruction to their doorsteps. A result of judging this country by the 8 years of Clinton. They have made a fatal error.

This game is hardball and those not prepared to play for keeps will lose.

Exactly. Articles like this simply serve to give the doves more ammo for why we shouldn't invade Iraq. They can't seem to come to terms with the fact that whether we attack or not, these weapons will be used. Better on the defensive than on the offensive.
