It is is hard to believe that this is happening to the Dutch, a proud nation that was not only able to defend itself but also shone as cultured and civilized. I am very sorry to hear this, KnightHawk.

When will the Dutch and the rest of us realize that in the Arab world there is a double standard nurtured for centuries. TO lie to, to steal from, to rape a non-Muslim is not a sin. This is what they do: they treat the countries that adopted them as a playground. Living among Christians and Jews allows them not only politicial freedoms that they never had in the Old Country, but even freedom from sim: they can steal and rape without scorn.

My heart goes to the parents of the girl. It sounds that she contributed nothing to this horrible situation.

For too many people it's too late. I fear there is little hope for the Netherlands. Not too many people care enough, they just shake their heads and keep silent.
