When I am in Washington, I speak with my staff early in the morning and we discuss the business of the day. At the office, I prepare for hearings before my subcommittees or committees; or for meetings with constituent groups, young people or representatives of government agencies. Conversations with colleagues, and issues that pop up unexpectedly are crammed in between meetings and hearings. Business before the House of Representatives can easily take well into the evening. I try to make both lunch and supper working meals with constituents or organizations. The days are very long, but work is very, very rewarding." -- Congressman Ortiz

No Congressman Ortiz, you don't have the "right intelligence," and probably never will. :)
