Florida Chamber of Commerce gave Rossin a big "F" for the 2002 legislative session .
According to Florida Capitol News, May 2002:
Those lawmakers on the bottom of NFIB's list are Democrats mostly from South Florida, including Senate Democratic Leader Tom Rossin of West Palm Beach.
That's the National Federation of Independent Business, lobbiests for small business owners.
