Israeli forces blow up a building at Yasser Arafat's Ramallah HQ yesterday. Only two structures are left.
September 21, 2002 -- JERUSALEM - Israeli forces fired a tank shell at Yasser Arafat's private offices in his headquarters in the West Bank city of Ramallah yesterday, but the Palestinian president was unhurt, witnesses said.
