If the MarX Brothers had ran the CIA, at least, we could get a few laughs out of the ineptness.

Since their boy Clinton was in office, they call it an "intelligence community" failure, while at the same time demanding that President Bush "come clean" about what he knew. Incredible.

Without sounding cold, uncaring, or thoughtless - I am forced to wonder what relevance testimony from relatives of 9-11 victims has in a probe about intelligence leading up to the attacks. I am also getting tired of wasting time and money looking into what happened while legislation that might help prevent future attacks languishes on the Senate floor.

Liberals led by the NYT are having a wonderful time pointing out the ineptitude of the government when it came to protecting us from 9-11. It brings up the question then why they always advocate bigger government and using the government as a soloution for all problems. Many of us are small government advocates because we know how ineffective big government is. The CIA/FBI/NSA/whatever is a classic argument against more and bigger government. It just does not work.
