They keep saying this a 'strong' speech - taking a quick break from the speech.

There's nothing new in this speech. It sounds to me that they've listened to every news broadcast since Iraq started heating up and are regurgitating everything that sounds plausible. Talk about a poll approach to government.

He's using the German election to back his position?! That was SO close and much of Europe seems alienated from Germany now due to their official stance and comments. But he uses that country to back his anti-war rhetoric. And he says Tony Blair is at risk?! Last I heard, the Brits were beginning to lean toward our policy.
