A day in the life of President Bush (photos): 9/23/02

President Bush visited Trenton, NJ today, and gave a blistering, almost stream of consciousness speech to a crowd gathered at the Army National Guard Aviation Support Facility. Bush attacked the Senate for not passing a number of bills that are just waiting to be signed. The President also spoke about Iraq, saying that the US will not let Saddam Hussein threaten the world with the worst weapons. Bush also helped raise money for Republican candidates for congress. Back in DC, the President met with President of Kyrgyzstan Askar Akayev. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

WOW! The President was ON FIRE today!! I watched his speech during my work out at the Fitness Center, and I think I burned up twice as many calories as usual!!

Hope you have some photos from the airport today. I was there and it was wonderful. There must have been about 2000 people in the NJ National Guard hanger. When we saw Air Force One land, it was so exciting, and when the President finally entered the hanger to "Hail to the Chief" I was so choked up I couldn't cheer--I could only wave my flag vigorously.
He made a wonderful speech....he was so relaxed and confident I could only thank
G-d he was our president!!
Then I had to go back to work (phooey!!)
