I would certainly say that intentionally aggravating race relations and insulting white people in general by lying to investigators and filing a false police report is certainly a hate crime.

your damn right. she deserves a lot more time. Incidents like the one she claimed are the reason America has had hate crime penalties foisted upon it. Somone charged with a hate crime receives more time than a non-hate crime (how ridiculous does that sound) therefore a person who fakes a hate crime should receive more time than a person who fakes a non-hate crime.
