He was a Marine and knows combat. I believe he is the only person in this whole Iraq debate with the experience and first hand knowledge to offer an accurate assessment of Iraq's capabilities.

He said one thing in 1998. He's now saying THE EXACT OPPOSITE in 2002.

Somewhere along the line, he's a lying sack of Clinton.

I, for one, am sick of the smear job he's been getting.

There are no victims, only volunteers. And you're sticking up for a liar.

Instead of listening to the man, he has been called an outright traitor.

Let's see...becoming a paid shill for Saddam Hussein is NOT treason in exactly what fashion?

How is he a paid shill for Saddam Hussein? By producing a film, financed by an Iraqi American about the plight of the people, that in NO WAY sticks up for Saddam Hussein?

Okay, so a little compassion makes the guy a traitor.

Whatever. Flame me all you want. I still think the man deserves to be heard.

He quit the inspections team because it became more about espionage and less concerned with discovering what exactly Saddam had and where it was.
