Drunken man scandalizes women
Many women left the party when an old man, a father-in-law to one of them, inadvertently exposed his private parts during a dance.
Justus Mwero was tuned to Konjo dance at Kasese’s noisy pub on Main Street on Saturday. He stood up to dance and did not realise that his zipper was open and his wrinkled private parts were moving with the pace of the Awilo number. He continued unconcerned even when he was tipped off by a young man. He was too drunk to care or understand.
The female guests were scandalised and sneakedaway one by one. The party was to celebrate the birthday of some big man’s daughter in Kasese town. As if this was not enough, another old timer, a woman this time, was arrested for defecating near a water tank and was fined.

Former President Clinton will visit Africa to promote efforts to curtail the AIDS epidemic and encourage economic development. Clinton leaves Sunday and will visit Ghana, Nigeria, Rwanda*, Mozambique and South Africa, his office said Friday. He returns Sept. 29.
* - Rwanda borders Uganda.
