I have pondered that as well. My best and most optimistic guess is that Bush is waiting for the naysayers to drag it out of him, rather than just come out and say,
"Saddam blew up the Murrah Building so we better get him!"

Rather, I'm hoping he'll finally come out with, "OK, OK,
I didn't want to have to say this about a former president, but here's what Klinton did." Then he drops the much demanded and heavily damning evidence on everybody. Especially if there is another attack before we nail Saddam.

I know, I'm kidding myself. He will continue the coverup.

It'll probably never happen, but it's a very pleasant thought anyway.

It's amazing, but it almost seems like Klintoon is asking for it by criticizing Dubya about his Iraqi policy. Is he that arrogant/stupid to think that Bush would never, under any circumstances, present the truth to the American public? The traitor/rapist/murderer is pushing his luck, in a big way.
