I really don't remember the circumstances. Since becoming interested in this and getting into the archives here I've read so much on various subjects that it tends to blur. Maybe backhoe or glorygirl could help narrow it down for you with a link or two from the archives. Sorry not to be better at remembering the details, but I do remember that these people came here on GHWBush's watch if what I read was correct.

It will be a great day when the FR archives are once again searchable, IMHO.

I have bookmarks on OKC threads going way back, but darned if I intend to look at each one individually to search out the answers.

It would be simpler just to ask Patrick, but no longer possible in this forum. Bummer.
