Joined by many hard had workers, President Bush spoke about the need for Congress to pass the terrorism insurance agreement before their recess. Bush focused on the 300,000 jobs and $15 billion of job-creating projects that are on hold because of insurance risks, and urged Congress to put aside partisan differences for the sake of the American worker. Bush's wedding ring is definitely visible now. I'm beginning to suspect that the time a month or three ago when only half of us could see it, we were seeing the indentation in the finger from a ring, not the ring itself.
