I just came from a VFW Auxiliary Picnic in Charleston, WV.

As I talked to the crowd of older Americans, veterans and their wives, one thing became apparent: the Democrats are in a hole, and they are too dumb to stop digging.

Gephardt is one of the few who sees the handwriting on the wall, and is doing what he can to make sure that Joe Sixpack in St. Louis doesn't run him out of town on a rail the next time he visits flyover country.

We are in a perfect position politically to divide and conquer the Democrats on November 5th.

We need to make sure that this occurs..since we do have some GOP leaders who are quite adept at making a sow's ear our of a silk purse.

It's up to all of us to do what it takes for the next month to crush these socialists who are undermining everything good about this country, and who are a danger to our personal and national security.
