Thanks, that was interesting. Due process rights and appointed counsel for habeas corpus? Another reason I am not a member of the ABA.

The American Bar Association:
A collection of arrogant, thieving, loathesome, corrupt, traitorous, unethical, narcissistic white collar sociopaths.
The most vile, essetially criminal organization in our contemporary nation, a collection of verminous lawyer scum.
A vast evil industry unregulated in any fashion by consumer control, unlike any other business in the United States.
An antisocial cabal of pigs in $3000 suits who financially exploit the law, but at the same time do not believe the law applies to them personally.

"...the government welcomes meaningful judicial review of its detention in the United States of 'enemy combatants.'
As part of its Returns in Hamdi and Padilla, the government submitted ample factual evidence supporting its determinations that Hamdi and Padilla are enemy combatants.
These executive branch submissions to the judiciary are literally unprecedented in our nation's long history of wartime detentions of enemy combatants, and demonstrate our commitment to judicial review in this context. "The lies that are said about the administration's respect for Habeas Corpus rights are the most outrageous of the lies about the administration, and the lies are said over and over despite the public record!

And the Lord spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then, shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shalt be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shalt be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out! Once the number three, being the third number be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thou foe, who, being naughty in my sight, shall snuff it."

You wouldn't happen to have a the ABA's scathing rebuke of the SCONJ decision by any chance?
I mean, shouldn't the AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION be concerned with the rule of law for AMERICANS first, rather than a
bunch of terrorists/wannabe terrorists in limbo?
