"Shootings in Maryland, called the Beltway Sniper attacks, riveted the nation. From the beginning, we realized that the day of the first shooting was October 2, the date that begins the annual Satanic celebration of the Hindu Goddess Kali, that fierce Warrior Queen whose job it is to destroy the Old Order so the New Order could be established. Also nearly from the beginning, we realized that the original six shots formed a pattern on the ground that seemed to be the Broken Cross, that old symbol by which the Roman Emperor Nero tried to annihilate Christianity almost 2,000 years ago. Satanists today still revere this symbol, and for the same reason.

The death card, which often shows a skeletal figure on a horse, represents endings, transitions, eliminations and the experiencing of inexorable forces.
I heard there was also a note to the police to keep the tarot card secret. Maybe the sniper was saying he was in process of ending the shooting spree. But the tarot card info leaked out and he decided to continue with shootings.
