You mean, he's not helping us to win a Senate seat the the GOP desparately needs - - - and that makes him "right where he needs to be"? The logic escapes me. You're implying that we don't need to win the MT senate seat. That shows more confidence than I have that the GOP is going to pick up enough seats elsewhere.
It's looking less and less possible (read the thread on the neck and neck race in Colorado; if GOP loses that one, forget winning the Senate majority). Oh, well, if it's any consulation, at least Racicot's making a lot of money in his lobbying work.
That's true. Of course, he should have put his hat in at the beginning, before the hairdresser even got in the race. UNFORTUNATELY, RACICOT HAS DIFFERENT PRIORITIES - THEY DON'T INCLUDE HELPING THE GOP WIN BACK THE SENATE. IF DASCHLE'S STILL ON TOP BY ONE VOTE AFTER THE NOV. ELECTIONS, YOU CAN THANK RACICOT FOR NOT RUNNING IN MONTANA.
