Al Qaida certain has the means and the motive to commit such an attack. The Video that was captured is also a good piece of circumstantial evidence.

We know that these shootings DO NOT fit any other known instance ot spree or serial killing in this country. While it could be a new kind of serial, spree killer - it is most likely Al Qaida. Hell we are at war with them!

I take exception to our gov't saying it CAN'T be terrorism because They don't KNOW about it or have any Intelligence with regards to sniper attacks.
