Oh no, the shoes aren't right for the outfit. They belong with something more casual, without a jacket. That said, the rest of the ensemble is great. Good colors. Those clodhoppers go with dockers or jeans.

OK, I'll compromise and say the shoes go better with khakis than with a sports coat and slacks, but they are definitely 'with it,' and I bet they're real comfy!
