SHOCK-documentary director Michael Moore shoots himself in the foot by bullying Charlton Heston in his latest, "Bowling for Columbine."
The film, a crusade against the gun lobby, features an interview with Heston during which Moore clearly attempts to embarrass the National Rifle Association president who starred in such classic films as "Ben-Hur," "The Ten Commandments" and "El Cid."

In numerous interviews Mikey Moron has denied that Heston has alzheimers. He has said that it was "too convenient" considered the "heat" that Moore was generating with the shots of a "racist" Heston.
And there are those who denied that Rush Limbaugh went deaf or had any surgery. They claimed that the whole thing was a publicity/sympathy ploy.
The left attacked Reagan when he said that he couldn't remember details about Iran-Contra.
Of course Mrs. Bill Clinton, the smartest woman in America, has difficulty remembering anything (I can't recall, I don't remember, etc. etc.) under oath and they believe her (actually they don't care to see her prosecuted).

Alzheimers? Rush? Hillary? . . .the meaning of 'is'?
The 'Left' never has a problem with facts; they are no more than anoying 'flotsam'. . .They just deny their existance; and move on to their agenda.
Makes their lives so much easier. . .

Interesting tidbit about Harvey Keitel.
I tend to agree with him on this.

Moores socialism is driven by his desire to lose weight.
When the USA becomes the USSA there won't be much food to go around.

As a practical matter, why wouldn't we want only those who are motivated to fight the enemy in the armed forces? From my observation as a draftee in the Army in Korea ('58-'60), I don't think they are worth the training spent on them. This is not a knock on their character but more a criticism of politicians who don't respect the military.

I was thinking along the lines of the Militia act, and universal weapons training. I think the weenie fear factor regarding firearms would diminish greatly if more citizens understood that they're tools just like a nail gun is a tool.

I would agree with Keitel with one proviso:
That any war we engage in be fought by military men with no political shenanigans as was the case in vietnam. You can't win a war if you give the enemy sanctuary. The pols did the same thing in the korean "police action" when they wouldn't let MacArthur cross the Yalu river. Speaking of "police actions", I would want a formal declaration of war by vote in both houses with the enemies being specifically defined.
A resolution by congress is only a "sense of the congress" and is not really a declaration of war as too many details are not included such as a full definition of who the enemy is. "Terrorism" is a vague term and can include verbal threats, demonstrations, stalking, etc..
In fact, section 802 of the phony p.a.t.r.i.o.t. act gives a broad definition of terrorism in sections 5B (i) & (ii.
Pay particular attention to 5B relative to "intent"
(5) the term `domestic terrorism' means activities that--
(A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State;
(B) appear to be intended--
(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
(ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or
I'm not an attorney, but, it sure looks like free speech and the right to assemble is a terrorist act if some appointed czar determines that a demonstration against a governement policy has a "bad intent", the same applies if someone "speaks" against a government policy.
Keep in mind, section 802 has no expiration date as does the rest of the act. Rather curious. Is it possible this will be the legal justification of the coming new world order to stifle dissent? nyah! Our government wouldn't do that to us would they?
Mankind lost one Paradise, perhaps America and Americans will lose a second Paradise if we don't wake up and soon.
