I wish I had the most appropriate response to this. During the reparations rally, one woman was standing next to the NBP table wearing a T-shirt that said "KILL WHITEY" in gigantic lettering.

(I actually do have a picture of it, but in order to get it on the web I'd have to blow it huge, and then scan it in. I probably will some day: in the meantime, I figure they'll probably continue to give opportunities for such telling photo-ops.)

Definitely. Back when the laws against sedition were enforced, folks were imprisoned for much less. I see no reason why this man should be free to call for assassinating the President, or at the least, violently overthrowing the government.
