They had an oil tanker rammed by terrorists, they know it is terrorists yet they still have not switched to our sides.

From Russian perspective the question is on which side we are - of the Saudi sponsored Wahabites in Chechnya or on the side of Russians?

We'll take their side if they take our side. Bush and Putin need to sit down and discuss the global war on terrorism. The Russians are our natural allies, even if they don't know it yet.

I have been greatly bothered by Clinton's, and to a lesser extent Bush's, hypocricy on the Chechen issue. They are terrorists, having invaded Dagestan (part of Russia) and promising to spread Jihad to large portions of Russia. The Chechen bandits should be wiped out, no ifs ands or buts.
