does virginia or maryland have the death penalty?
I don't believe DC has the death penalty?
If there is a terror connection will they be indicted under ANY terroism law? Would treason apply? (or are they too stupid to be traitors?)
CNNPMSNBCABCCBSNBC are becoming less and less and less important. (hmmm if I petition my cable company perhaps they will drop CNN and put the 24hr knitting channel.)

The big difference is that every single potential juror would have also been a potential victim of the "snipers." They're going to take it personally.
