Richard Harris and Paul Wellstone both in the same day.

They always die in three's, don't they?

Shortly after the breaking Wellstone news, there was some 'worry' that Ted Kennedy (campaigning for Wellstone) could have been on the same plane.....no further comment, because I'm a sensitive guy with couth.

He was wonderful in the play "Camelot". It was a pleasure to have seen him in person. May he rest in peace.

Don't even think about Ted Kennedy dying.

Can you imagine the clamour if anything should happen to FatBoy?

Flags at half-staff, blue-haired Dorchester women crying, Judy Woodruff tearing her clothes, its all too horrible to imagine. Actually, Richard Harris himself said it best...

I don't think that I can take it
'cause it took so long to bake it
And I'll never have that recipe again
Oh, no!
Oh, no
No, no
Oh NO!!
(upon which Harris suffers an irreversible gender change)

Who'll replace the likes of him? Ben Affleck? Tom Cruise?

I don't think so...

"Age please, of Sir Richard."

He was 72. Here's a link to an article from the BBC:
