My Russian is poor, but I translate the mentioned site as reporting the Russia's NTV network is reporting that Russian forces are storming the theater to try to free the hostages.

Fox News right now, they did storm the theatre and the leader of the terrorists is dead. They are taking out the hostages that are still alive now.
