If these demons seek any mercy, let them seek it from God-the heineousness of their atrosity places them beyond the capacity of mere mortals sense of compassion , empathy or understanding. Any thought of forgiveness,troubles our souls and chills our hearts in the realization that any pang of mercy toward the heartless jackals on trial here, is just one more assault upon the memory of the victims.

Let the punishment end for ever the capacity of the present perpetrators to ever commit another such beastly act, and let the pain and swiftness of their execution deter other scum from even thinking of similar acts.

We can never make the Christmas of 2000 to be remembered as a merry one by the families of the victims, nor return to the victims their life or return to the sole survivor the life she previousely knew, or remove the nightmare she will live with for the rest of her life. All we can do is make an example of the halloweenesque duo who showed up just in time to ruin Christmas for innocent people and see that at least this one demonic duo, never lives to repeat their crime.
