Marge doesn't like Scott, which is fine. She's a retiring politician and doesn't have to feel obligated to participate in this race. She hasn't done anything to hurt Scott's chances and hasn't done anything to help Anne's chances.

A Doctor who becomes a polidiot is IMO a conflict of intrest. oath an all.......but then she's a demonrat so oaths , honor and respect for constitutional freedoms are such that socialists hold akin to something they didn't see soon enough and stepped in and have to scrape off their shoe............
The Oath By Hippocrates
Written 400 B.C.E
Translated by Francis Adams
I SWEAR by Apollo the physician, and Aesculapius, and Health, and All-heal, and all the gods and goddesses, that, according to my ability and judgment, I will keep this Oath and this stipulation- to reckon him who taught me this Art equally dear to me as my parents, to share my substance with him, and relieve his necessities if required; to look upon his offspring in the same footing as my own brothers, and to teach them this art, if they shall wish to learn it, without fee or stipulation; and that by precept, lecture, and every other mode of instruction, I will impart a knowledge of the Art to my own sons, and those of my teachers, and to disciples bound by a stipulation and oath according to the law of medicine, but to none others.
I will follow that system of regimen which, according to my ability and judgment, I consider for the benefit of my patients, and abstain from whatever is deleterious and mischievous. I will give no deadly medicine to any one if asked, nor suggest any such counsel; and in like manner I will not give to a woman a pessary to produce abortion.
With purity and with holiness I will pass my life and practice my Art. I will not cut persons laboring under the stone, but will leave this to be done by men who are practitioners of this work. Into whatever houses I enter, I will go into them for the benefit of the sick, and will abstain from every voluntary act of mischief and corruption; and, further from the seduction of females or males, of freemen and slaves.
Whatever, in connection with my professional practice or not, in connection with it, I see or hear, in the life of men, which ought not to be spoken of abroad, I will not divulge, as reckoning that all such should be kept secret. While I continue to keep this Oath unviolated, may it be granted to me to enjoy life and the practice of the art, respected by all men, in all times!
But should I trespass and violate this Oath, may the reverse be my lot!
Stay Safe kcvl.......

Democrats have always been pro-death. The sniper has to be one of their liberal saints. St.Muhhomnd. Next, they'll want him to run for president.

underdog Democrat hopes to ride to victory in New Jersey. How is it possible for a Democrat to be an underdog in New Jersey?! After all, they own the judiciary lock, stock and barrel (so to speak).

Somewhere I read that that bloviating gasbag, Michael Moore, had gone after Charlton Heston for his appearance in Arizona so soon after the recent shootings there.
Moore apparently sent one of his usual snide letters to Heston. The letter ended with the words "Have You No Shame?"
I wonder if vacuous Mike will be sending a similar letter to the New Jersey Democrats.
But I do not wonder too much.

As a gun owner, I know that physicians kill more people each year by negligence than guns do. Like 4 times more people.
I want malpractice insurance to protect me from morally righteous do-gooders like Dr. Sumers who should clean their own house before pointing fingers at mine.

I seem to remember how the demwits were whining racism, when the Republicans ran the Willie Horton commercial critical to Dukakis. But, when it is to the advantage of demwits they will run commercials using blacks as the villain.
It reminds me of an account related to me by a young black gentleman. He related how, when Lyndon Baines Johnson signed the Civil Rights Act, he (LBJ) said, "By signing this, I have guaranteed the 'niggers' will vote for me for 200 years."
There was nothing of the idea that guaranteeing, the equal treatment of all citizens, was the right thing to do. What LBJ's comments betrayed was a self-serving callousness towards Black Americans. It also reveals a racism on the part of demwits: "How can we exploit them."

Good question. As with most liberal speak, it is what the liberal using the term means it to be if you can pin them down to a reasonable definition. Traditionally, an assault weapon has meant any weapon that may be select fired on full automatic or semi-automatic. As such, there are actually assault weapons which appear no bigger than a handgun with a butt stock, as in the MP-5 used (perhaps still) by Seal teams and some swat teams. Because of automatic fire, which burns a lot of ammo quickly, assault weapons are defined to have high capacity magazines for ammo.

Why was your post removed? I don't see anything wrong with it.
To: Sir Gawain
I had asked that it be removed. The snide, parenthetical remark was the result of mis-reading the article. (I was responding on too little coffee!)

This is the same Anne Sumers who has just released a radio ad starring her 13 year-old son. He spends the entire 60 seconds complaining about "the mean things that Scott Garrett says about my mother." Seriously. This had to be one of the most infantile things I've ever heard on the radio.

How is it possible for a Democrat to be an underdog in New Jersey?! I believe this race is in the district that includes the rural northwestern part of the state. This may be one of the most conservative districts in the northeastern U.S.

Say what you will about the Ad, but if Republicans had the BALLS to run ads like that, we wouldn't be a minority party in ANY section of the country.
For instance.
Anne Ricks is against private school choice.
Most children trapped in failing inner city schools, are African American.
African Americans overwhelmingly support School Vouchers.
Anne Ricks, She just doesn't like blacks.
Garrett for Congress.
