Actually it did not disenfranchise them, it prohibited some from voting in the college district. They can still vote but need to vote absentee or in their home district. Much ado about nothin.IMHO.
I am concerned about the broad nature of the ruling. The fact is, they exposed the rats at their own game of registering college students against state law.
