With you in and out tonight Howlin - I've got folks coming over but I won't be too far from the 'puter. Hope FR stays up all night. I've got Beta-FR and Free Dominion bookmarked just in case.

Eagles way up tonight!

There are still those our there, however, who feel they just must post.

It's simple: Do NOT post vanities!
If you take the time to write a decent commentary that adds value and advances the discussion then by all means, please post it as a new article. But if you post a rant or a bash as a new article, do not be surprised if I remove it. Continue bashing and ranting, do not be surprised if you become labeled a disruptor and you lose your posting privilege. If you want to post a rant or a short one or two line comment why not post it as a reply to an existing article on that subject? Why start a new title and a new thread for every opinion that pops into your head? It only wastes our time and resources. Otherwise, you can post just about anything you want about any issue or candidate you choose as long as you stay within our simple guidelines of topic and decency.

Thanks for the ping. Checking in from a wet and muggy south Louisiana. I'm not going back out in the rain again tonight for any reason. LOL Really light turnout at every precinct I've been to all day.

Thanks, Howlin, I'm getting settled here in suburban KC MO.

A brief funny anecdote: There was a list of judges a mile long on the Missouri ballot...I voted against them all. Later at work, my boss was talking to another guy across the cube, and they both said that they voted against all the judges, too. Then someone else at work said she did the same.

Then it got REALLY weird...on the drive home, the local talk show host said he voted against all the judges, too!

Not sure if it's a trend, but it might be a bad night for local judges...

Allard will win in Colorado. There aren't enough big counties left in the state that are uncounted to throw the vote to the limp wristed Democrat, Strickland. I'll call it right now. Someone buy me that beer.
