Here's a couple of paragraphs on it from the WashPost:
Attack on Al-Qaida suspects had Yemen's approval

The U.S. Predator missile that killed six suspected Al-Qaida terrorists traveling Sunday in Yemen was fired with the cooperation and approval of that country's leadership, U.S. sources said Tuesday.
...................
Yemeni officials have said that their intelligence agents were communicating to U.S. intelligence the movements of Abu Ali al-Harithi, the top Al-Qaida operative who was the prime target in the attack. Officially, the government of Yemen President Ali Abdullah Saleb in Sana'a has only announced it is investigating the cause of the explosion that killed the terrorists.
In the wake of the attack, however, Saleb had a message read over national television that asked those who had joined Bin Laden's network to come forward to avoid what happened to Al-Harithi. "We call on everyone from among our countrymen who have been entangled in membership of the Al-Qaida organization to repent . . . and renounce all means of violence," the statement said.

Or Finsbury Park perhaps?"
Perhaps.

Thanks.

Anybody else find it funny that the Arab Yemenis are soaking in the praise for working with the US, yet the Euro leftists are aghast with anger that we would even think of such a thing?

The Guardians should change their nappies.
We will not engage in another battle or the Somme, in which the best of Britain perished for stupid generalship.
British utopians may face a terror from the thousqands of muslim illegals now swarming the Isles. Disarmed, innocent British bystanders will only be killed by jihadists, rather than the odd homegrown psychopath.
The USA has a new sheriff in town and he has a hell of a posse. "Peace in our time" is not our style. We will win this bloody war the way wars are won.
VSOB Day is coming.

So where next for the drones of death? This guy just dosen't have any appreciation for good engineering practices. Yemen is only a testbed site. A live test demo, if you will. A few more field tests for calibration purposes and we'll be ready for wider operational deployment of these bad boys.

Maybe we threatened to crack down on the liquor stores of Oakland.

Look, up in sky. It's a bird. It's a plane. No, it's a drone right over the Guardian building>

Better they use the hardware elsewhere. Too many years go by without blowing foreign terrorists to hell and they start selling the stuff to your neighborhood SWAT team as an outlet for excess hardware. I'd much rather see ragheads wanted for blowing up restaraunts, nightclubs, and churches get a hellfire suppository than some kid who smokes weed and is facing a bored and restless SWAT team in L'il Town USA

Not to be a cool death machine techno-geek, but the onomatopea's used of "Zap" and "Crunch" are pretty lame for such a cool human kibbles and bits maker. I am just chompin at the bit to get some film footage. Then those cool slow motion shots where Abdul and Aziz are passing an ice cold Coca Cola from the back seat and the coke can rips through Ahmed's chest cavity from the shock wave.

Pretty kewl when some geek with a pocket protector in a non-descript shed at Quantico can watch a monitor, push a button, and make some very awful human garbage depart from this world, and from 8,000 miles away!
I would be very afraid if I lived in the third world thinking law can be bought and protection is a handful of cash.
So many targets.....It's like being on a death row sentence and not knowing when it's coming. All the corrupt third world dictators in the world cannot help you.

All the more reason to make sure people like Clinton and Reno don't get access...Lord only knows the domestic targets they would 'accidentally' wipe out.
Tinfoil aside, drone-stocks would probably be a good buy, because we need a few thousand up at all times until we end the islamotrash 'movement'...and they're not that tough to take down (note: American islamotrash were just arrested over in Hong Kong selling drugs to raise cash for al-queerdos to buy shoulder-launched missiles!).

Anyone know where the Puerto Rican terrorists that the traitor/rapist/impeached-exPOTUS let out? Hmmmm. Has anyone forgotten about the terrorists he released??

The "boys" at the Guardian should spend more time playing with themselves in the closet - and leave the real world to the men in charge...
Those clowns at the Guardian are so light in their loafers - that the pennies in them are the only thing keep them on the ground.

So where next for the drones of death? Saddam Huessein, his sons, his Generals and his top toadies know where next.
Unless these people live 24/7 in bunkers like the "Mole People" and don't visit their troops or be seen by their people; they will be driving down a deserted road one moment and the next moment be picking out swatches for the mansions in paradise.

Kill all the bastards. Don't stop until we've killed every last fundamentalist Islamic son of a bitch.

They can't do it as well from Tampa due to the time-delay and reliability issues with satellite transmission. Also, it's a lot harder to get clean line-of-site transmissions to surface vehicles and submarines (but not too hard for surface boats).
That said, yes, we should maximize the use of these devices in the Middle East. I just hope our "pilots" are better protected than Kobar Towers.

The Russians deal with Chechnya and Georgia. The Israelis get Lebanon, Syria, and the PLO. We deal with Iraq.
That's called a division of labor.
