There is one problem with this UN resolution: the UN darling, Blix.

"...The world has been amply warned about Blix's weaknesses because he has a track record of compounded failure. When Blix headed the IAEA before the Persian Gulf War of 1991, he blithely assured the world, after several inspections, that nothing alarming was happening in Iraq. He delivered the clean bill of health that Saddam had hoped for when he began hiding his atomic factories and ambitions..."

[Lots more. It totally devastates Blix.]

Hans Blix

He has a lot more to work with this time. If he meets resistance, foot-dragging, snickering, sniveling, or snide chuckling at a suspected facility, all he has to do is mention it. The Security Council can then meet to debate the infraction while the facility itself ceases to exist.

Beyond the fact I reject anybody with the name Hans Blix, this guy is as corrupt as Scott Ritter.
