Dec 19 2001 - Malvo and mother were arrested by INS in Washington state, and detained for one month after the school reported them for not delivering transcripts. A different report says the mother raised a stink when she arrived in Washington state, and thats how the INS got involved.
Immigration law says stowaway aliens are to be deported immediately, but this pair was released and given November 2002 deportation hearing dates, even though they are both said to be living in in homeless shelters and were described as likely to abscond. Part of the reason is the border patrol supposedly learned these two were smuggled into this country by Muhammad, and that gives the illegals more rights than a stowaway.

Muhammad appeared dangerously delusional according to his cousin - Anderson, and she is eventually showed that his duffel bag contained a rifle and ammunition. She asks him to leave the next day, but agrees to hold his padlocked duffel bag for safekeeping for a week.

I wonder how many immigration lawyers are involved here. Why can’t these predators be sued by the families of the dead? Why can’t these b@st@rds be publicly identified as public enemies who profit as public defenders with our tax money letting loose criminals in our society? Don’t ask your politicians for help because they are mostly predatory lawyers. It’s going to take mobs to weed these b@st@ards out. We need photographs and stories circulating the Internet identifying these b@st@rds.

Massachusetts voters have been electing Kennedys for decades. Why can't these idiots be sued by all the persons who have been harmed by the Kennedys' destructive politics? Why can't these b@st@rds be publicly identified as public enemies who continually vote for Kennedys who then use their positions to take our tax money and give it to people who use it to do things like promote the "minimum wage," and let more criminals loose in our society? Don't ask your politicians for help because they don't seem to be bothered at all by the toxic stupidity of Massachusetts voters. It's going to take mobs to weed these b@st@rds out. We need photographs and stories circulating the internet identifying these b@st@rds. They also continue to give power to other winners like Barney Frank, and hey--where was Dukakis from?

To my friends in Massachusetts: I know YOU think before you vote. The above message is for the b@st@rd who lumps all lawyers together as "predators." To the person who posted the above: how do YOU make ends meet?

Interesting that you advocate FILING LAWSUITS as a solution to your outrage at the overactivity of predatory lawyers. Let me get this straight: In order to stop predatory lawyers who clog up the courts with too much litigation, and who are supported by "public money," people are supposed to start MORE litigation?

That suggestion pretty much sums up the quality of the "logic" in your post.
