one of the family members said something like, how is that for a birthday gift, to Regianld, and he yelled back at them something the local media said they could not repeat on the air.

I will be sure to make it a point to piss on their graves just as soon as they occupy them.

Reginald Carr's lawyer, Jay Greeno, acknowledged the horror of the crimes but said it doesn't change his mind about the death penalty.

"On a personal level, I don't believe in killing people to teach other people that it's wrong to kill people," Greeno said. "We are one of the only civilized countries that continues to do this, and I think we need to look hard at the others that do what we do... Iraq, for one."

Ron Evans, who directs the Kansas Death Penalty Defense Unit, said he will remember Jonathan Carr as one of his most gracious clients.

"I know what he did was bad, but that's not the person he is to me," Evans said. "He's always treated me as well as I've been treated by a client. And I feel bad for him."

Their lawyers are nearly as disgusting as they are!

"Happy birthday..." yelled an angry Mark Befort, whose brother Jason was killed in the soccer field with Heather Muller, Brad Heyka and Aaron Sander.

Reginald Carr yelled back, directing a stream of obscenities at families in the gallery and even at his own sister.

Kill them.

Now.

So where are all those morons who were predicting that the Carr's would never get the needle just because there happened to be blacks on the jury? People tend to do the right thing regardless.

I saw on the news last night that the Johnson County prosecutor may seek the death penalty for that guy who shot his wife and son outside that school. Death row may be getting crowded. Time to make some room for the new arrivals by dispatching the current residents.

Upon further review it appears you are correct. Seems like a saw a news item saying that the needle room was being built in ElDorado. I Guess not. Of course Lansing is where we used to hang 'em high before we became civilized.

Once convicted, there is no rationalization for not imposing a sentence

They weren't charged with capital murder for killing the cellist, so a death sentence can't be imposed for that crime. According to Kansas law, that murder wasn't heinous enough to merit the death penalty.

These two Devils were black, f_ _ _ing racists and the true story has never been told. The only writer that has touched on it was Michelle Malkin.

I'll say it again. If these brothers were two white guys, America would be flooded with news stories about how evil white people are. News trucks would be out in droves giving news updates on how all whitey's should be persecuted. But because because the story is reversed, you hear nothing form the main stream media.

I even heard Shepherd Smith giving an update yesterday on Fox News about this story. These were his exact words, "The two black brothers were given death for killing four people in Witchita, Kansas." he did not mention the color of the victims; not a one. He failed to mention that the victims were raped, robbed, shot and run over by these f_ _ _ ing devils.

And you want to know something else? Where is the outrage from black Americans who are supposed to be upstanding American citizens? You will hear no9t a one about this story because it is not a bandwagon they want to get on. Yet, they can have specials on TV, regarding the four black girls who were killed many years ago by white a white guy and they have no problem in calling that guy a Racist which he probably was.

I want to know, if Opra is going to have a special about these two black racist devils and how they raped, robbed, shot and killed five white people just because they were white. I bet she doesn't.

Why hasn't, the Southern Peverty Law Center, which claim to fight racisn or the, ADL, who hide behind law enforcement logos, been been quiet on the Carr case. These silence from these  "civil rights groups" is defening.

That's why it was considered that John Muhammed (the sniper) couldn't get the death penalty here. ... That's why the Atty. Gen. gave them over to Virginia, where they have a much more "inclusive" law.

That, and perhaps the possibility of the consideration that Virginia is right behind Texas in the numbers of executions actually carried out since that state resumed the death penalty in August of 1982.

They've executed 86 as of June 12th, 2002.

"On a personal level, I don't believe in killing people to teach other people that it's wrong to kill people," Greeno said.

Idiot whining bleeding-heart milksop panty-waist doesn't get it. We don't execute scum like the Carrs to "teach other people that it's wrong to kill people". We execute them because it is justice. But we mainly execute them so that there is no chance that some lawyer, like this jerk, won't become a judge someday and TURN THESE ANIMALS LOOSE!

In all fairness, most black Americans haven't heard of the the story thanks to the general media blackout. So the general lack of commentary in the black community is not surprising. Besides, Walter Williams, Armstrong Williams and a couple of other black conservatives have made comments on the double standard applied by the media in this case. There were two black men on the jury, one aged 48 and the other aged 56. During jury selection, the 48-year old made a remark (to the effect that he thought there are too many young black men in prison) which indicated that he may have been a leftist plant there to put sand in the gears - a well-known tactic of various leftist groups. The older black man was strongly in favor of the death penalty and was never a potential problem. There were other jurors who stated they had "no opinion" on the death penalty which made some of us wonder about a gullibility factor, especially once the defense started to play the old abused childhood song on their tiny violins. I'm delighted that my fears were proved wrong and the jurors had the courage to rule justly. You can count on the fact the hard-core leftist lawyers like Greeno and company will be appealing this case ad infinitum. The left is very, very well-funded by folks like George Soros, the Hollywood elite, etc. Thanks to KS Flyover for a terrific job of keeping us up to date. My prayers to the families of the victims. May the Lord bless and heal them, the brave jurors, and all those who fought for justice. May the Lord curse the Carr brothers and all those who stood in their support. There is an eternal place of outer darkness, of weeping and gnashing of teeth being prepared for them.
