$200Billion cost devided by 100 million taxpayers?

THe figure I have seen in the Wall Street Journal was more like $50 Billion.

We will forgive more than $50 billions worth of loans as bribes for nations to support our drive to invade Iraq. Turkey, Jordon, Syria, Egypt,Pakistan,Yemen...... All of them hate our guts, but it is free money!
