I very much want Judge Robert Takasugi's email address. And wish that this ruling of blocking the citizenship requirement for airport guards. Federalizing the screeners made citizenship a requirement....we should NOT have to make airport security guards federal employees-but we CERTAINLY should demand that they be citizens, have a clean record, be finger printed and tested.
WHAT IS THIS CRAP?
This judge needs to EXPLAIN HIS RULING! And our homeland security dept needs to bring his ruling to the masses for consumption.
With all the uproar over judges that is going on....PRESENTING THIS SICK RULING TO JOE SIX PACK WOULD HELP AMERICA TO UNDERSTAND BY SLOBBY, CARELESS, FEEL GOOD, UN-AMERICAN LIBERAL JUDGES NEED TO BE WEEDED OUT and REPLACED BY MEN AND WOMEN WHO LOVE THIS NATION AND UNDERSTAND SECURITY.
THERE WAS NO JUSTICE INVOLVED IN THIS RULING-NO JUSTICE FOR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE WHO CRAVE SECURITY. Considering 9/11, THIS RULING by US DISTRICT JUDGE ROBERT TAKASUGI is HORRENDOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would suggest that since there are so many unemployed U.S. citizens with their benefits about to expire, that the U.S. citizens take on the airport screening duties. I'd be willing to support a waiver allowing them to collect some portion of extended unemployment benefits while also being paid for providing this service to our nation.
I believe that non-citizens are unqualified to perform airport screening duties.
