Mother Of Seven Laid To Rest

Ettie G'alyah, 49, was buried in her hometown of Kokhav HaShachar this afternoon. Survived by her husband and seven children, Ettie was shot in the head by one or two Palestinian terrorists waiting in ambush as she drove home yesterday near Rimonim. MK Rabbi Benny Elon tearfully eulogized her: "Historians will yet analyze the character of the woman, the leader of this entire Yesha enterprise. This was a woman who represents the commander of this entire settlement campaign. A woman who raised seven children, all of them 'men of valor with fear of G-d,' a house, a home of faith and determination…" Friends spoke of her sterling character and special traits. Pinchas Wallerstein, Binyamin Regional Council head, promised that at the end of the shiva mourning period, a new neighborhood would be established at the murder site: "This is our small response to an abased people that cooperates with a murderer - a humane people would never tolerate this! - who proudly went home last night to tell his friends and family that he had murdered a woman, a mother of seven children…"

Contrary to common practice, the leading public radio programs did not even contain a mention of yesterday's terrorist murder this morning. "So many victims have fallen here of late," said Arutz-7's Haggai Segal, "that the deaths of new ones no longer shake the foundations as they used to - certainly not the foundations of the media. An example of the repression and the getting-used-to-it is the fact that the list of topics on the leading morning shows on Voice of Israel and Army Radio did not include even a mention of the murder near Rimonim, as if it was the blood of a sheep that was spilt." Voice of Israel's afternoon news magazine did include a report from the funeral, however.

Four victims from the terrorist ambush in Hevron are still listed in serious condition. They include Moshe ben (son of) Rachel and Baruch ben Varda. In addition, three victims in intensive care from the Karkur bus bombing four weeks ago, in which 14 people were murdered, are:
* Avraham ben Hasifa, a new immigrant alone in Israel, whose family in Argentina cannot afford to come and be with him;
* two-year-old Noam Chen bat (daughter of) Ayelet;
* and Shalom ben Tamara.

How typical of Arab cowards to gun down mothers. Kill off some Jihadists to even the score.

Having lost my own mother last year, I feel deeply for those left to mourn.

Prayers are offered.

Let this hatred stop.

Sorry about your mother

Let this hatred stop.

It won't. Have you ever read "The Haj"? A good insight to the Arab/Muslim mind. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0553248642/qid=1037761698/sr=8-2/ref=sr_8_2/002-2708832-6102406?v=glance&s=books&n=507846

I think you will like it. It's history told as fiction and Uris pulls it off. It's about friction, life and war between the Jews and the Palestinian Muslims.

Like I said.... very good insight to the Pallie Muslim mentality and agressiveness.

Let this hatred stop.

Thet hatred will stop on that far off day when Allah joins Ba'al, Osiris and Tammuz in the Dead Gods Depository.

Not a moment sooner, I'm afraid.
