It is not a new concept. The hippies and liberals did the same thing to CA, and turned it into liberal versus conservative Zimbabwee. The blacks are moving back South. Fed up white conservatives are moving to the North West out of CA. The balkanization of the U.S. is a thirty year trend that is accelerating, and brought on by the politics of class warfare, envy, gerrymandering, and divsiveness.
